” Annie ” opened last friday December 10, 2010 and got a standing ovation. Quite an experience working with 31 cast members, many of which were children, one dog and a ten piece band.

2 days before ” Annie ” opens at the Gateway Theatre in Richmond. I’m the Sound Designer but really my role is more Sound Consultant and I’m just trying to find the right balance between orchestra and cast and when to use mics and not. Giant cast of 35 and 10 orchestra and it’s a real challenge but one that I am reveling in. Crossing my fingers for tonight’s dress rehearsal.
