The journey began for Chris Hind Entertainment Productions in 1999. Chris got his first opportunity to score and sound design a theatrical play. More plays followed (26 to be exact) and then short and feature films. With an unquenchable creative thirst, Chris began writing film and tv scripts and a few radio plays( nationally produced and aired on CBC). Then came video editing and directing and it's all blossomed into The Alternative Method - his online docuseries which Chris writes, directs, scores, sound designs, video edits and hosts!

Chris has also been an instructor at Vancouver Film School, PAVI and Columbia Academy. And in early 2026, he'll be launching his 8 week online video course "Scriptwriting for Aspiring Writers" which he adapted from a weekend workshop he used to teach live in-person.

Early 2026 will also mark the release of Chris' first solo album and the first book in his The Fruit of Yggdrasil trilogy, "GIRL".
